   • Monthly healing is energetically sent by Colleen (who can read energy systems worldwide, wherever you are located)  
   • Documents to download are in pdf format (Adobe Reader is free at www.Adobe.com).
7. How much time is required to get good value from the site?
   • Your membership value can begin shortly after you join, register your email with the private list, receive instructions on registering in the forum, visit the online library, ask questions and read answers at the Yahoo forum, then attend the teleclasses--all are EXCLUSIVE Silver membership benefits.
   • If you have an issue for which you would like support or encouragement, you may get answers shortly after you join and participate in the Yahoo forum.
8. How do I access the member content?
   • After you initially subscribe, PayPal is set up to redirect your Internet browser page to the Silver Community Welcome page with instructions.
   • NOTE: If your browser's security is set up to NOT ALLOW page redirection, you MUST click the VERY SMALL link on the PayPal page to return to "Merchant's Site". This will manually take you to the Silver Community Welcome Page.
   • Once you return to my site, enter your name and email, an email will be sent to you with Getting Started information.
9. What is the membership fee?
   • Monthly membership  is USD $10.00 per month as long as you stay subscribed
   • Monthly Membership: $10.00 will be automatically deducted from your PayPal or credit card account every month (30 days) after registration.
   • No initial set-up fee or hidden costs are charged.
   • For 33 cents per day, you are a member of a supportive community of positive, encouraging self-healers!
10. What if I need or want to cancel my membership?
    • You may cancel your membership at any time via PayPal
    • You will not be charged again, and will automatically be removed from the Silver Self-Healing Community
