A recent survey revealed that many folks have fears about the future of their income, well being, families, countries, and Earth herself.
They don't know WHAT will happen, but they sense that it won't be beneficial. Is this a premonition or social programming?
We can't surf the Internet or turn on the TV without seeing a news flash of fear-mongering information. Governments and corporations know that when we're afraid, we're easily manipulated into doing things like eating comfort foods or buying items that help us feel safe and nurtured. They use subliminal and blatant media messages to influence our behavior.

HOW TO DEMOLISH YOUR FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN
The above movie made me more aware than ever of how we're manipulated into fear-based behavior. The first step is KNOWING what is being done, realizing you're being programmed.
The second step is identifying then releasing your fears of the unknown. The third step is replacing your negative thoughts with positive queries like, "What if my health and finances take a turn for the better? Wouldn't that be GREAT?!" This programs your subconscious mind to bring ideas, people and information to you to SUPPORT your dreams, not tear them down.
