You do NOT have to suffer with knee pain!
If you've followed your doctor's instructions and tried everything to clear inflammation and pain in one or both knees, perhaps it's time for emotional release intervention? (This info can be used for any joint pain.)
A client (in his late sixties) I'll call "Bill" suffered from terrible right knee pain. His doctor and a specialist recommended knee replacement surgery as Bill's painkiller medications were no longer effective. Bill's wife asked him to call me as she and I had cleared (via phone sessions) several of her pesky physical issues that were triggered by fear-based emotions and past traumas.
Bill told me he was skeptical about #tapping but desperate to avoid surgery. He said he didn't mind the pain but felt sad he could no longer participate with his buddies in their favorite stress-relief sport, racquetball. He admitted he'd been feeling uptight, impatient, and short-tempered due to lack of exercise.
ANALYSIS via MIND-BODY-EMOTIONS WISDOM
Since the pain was centered in his right knee, I knew that work, job, finances and other logical issues were involved. (Ailments on the left side of the body are often triggered by emotional pain about relationships, loving yourself and others including animal companions.)
I asked Bill these questions:
Bill, a successful entrepreneur, related several situations in which he'd been ripped off, cheated and lied to by other businessmen. He and his wife had to spend a lot of money on lawyers to resolve these issues. He'd also had problems with clients trying to back out of contracts, and difficult office personnel he'd had to fire. Bill admitted that simply telling me about these times was upsetting him.
BILL'S EMOTIONAL FREEDOM SOLUTION
We began tapping away the anger, rage, fury, fears that the bad times in business would never end, and fears of business failure that were lodged in his painful, inflamed right knee.
Bill felt partial relief after 45 minutes of tapping. He asked to extend our session to two hours. At the end of that time, he was amazed that his knee pain was GONE. I told him that the emotions would continue draining from his body for 2-5 more days, and the inflammation should vanish.
Bill's wife emailed a week later that she was quite concerned about her hubby blowing out his knee. Feeling pain-free, he'd returned to playing racquetball several times a week. She admitted that since our session, he'd been happier, more carefree than she'd seen in years.
