Are there any humans on Earth who don't judge others, themselves or what's going on in the world? I doubt it.

How do we get into the habit of judging?

Online research indicates that judging begins early in our lives. It's a survival mechanism. When we judge something as painful, we avoid it, like the neighbor's dog that bit me when I was age seven.

Unfortunately, most of us fall into the habit of judging what's good or bad, right or wrong, who belongs in our group and who does not.

The consequences to judgment are many. Passing harsh verdicts on others creates a fear-based energy of resistance that can block GOOD from coming to us.

This five minute video explains more then guides you through an exercise to release your habit of judging self, others, the world.

ENJOY but USE AT YOUR OWN RISK - it's POWERFUL!

Here come da' judge!
